Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hi, Bud for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms.
Your content & the photos you submit
- You must own or have the right to use any photo you submit, and the subject must be a plant or animal — not an identifiable person.
- You grant us a license to process your photo to generate your bud and to operate the app, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You retain ownership of your original photos.
AI-generated content
Buds and related text/images/animations are generated by artificial intelligence from your input. Output may be imperfect, stylized, or unexpected, and is provided for entertainment. Don’t rely on it as accurate information about a real animal or plant.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Hi, Bud to submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; to upload photos of people without consent; to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; or to violate any applicable law.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
